Our client is a leading, well-established supplier for the steel industry, more specifically for continuous casting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The technically advanced products significantly enhance product quality and productivity in the casting process.
In addition to selling new products / components for continuous casting production, our client also offers comprehensive technical services for continuous casting plants. These technical services include maintenance / repair services as well as technical modifications and upgrades.
The technical services portfolio includes recoating of used molds, overhauling of rolls, clamping devices and bearing housings, including manufacturing and installation of new components.
To expand the business area “technical services for the continuous casting industry”, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Foundry Service (Continuous Casting).
In this role you will be responsible for managing customers in the European continuous casting industry, regularly visiting clients on-site while also working from your home office. Additionally, you will be regularly at the company headquarters in the Münster/Osnabrück area.
Your tasks
Report to the Head of Service Germany
Positioning the company as reliable service provider for steel components (molds, rolls, fittings, bearings, etc.) in continuous casting
Handling and consulting of (Northern) European continuous casting companies - managing existing customers and also business development
Definition and further development of the service portfolio, presentation of the portfolio to customers
Technical consultation with customers on-site to optimize existing continuous casting productions, developing customer-specific service solutions
Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with customers
Close collaboration with the European service team and international sales colleagues
